“Time for Her” is a special afternoon experience in Nuanu City, created for you to move, nourish, and enjoy yourself. A perfect gift for yourself or someone you love.
MOVEMENT JOURNEY
We begin with a 2-hour movement journey rooted in Dance–Movement Therapy (DMT) at Sol Studio — a safe space to explore yourself and simply enjoy being you.
Through guided and free-flowing movement, we’ll travel through DMT-inspired practices,
to feel more at home in your body, to explore different sides of yourself, to connect with others.
To feel wild and free — unapologetically you.
✨ You’ll leave feeling grounded, reconnected, and lighter, more in touch with your natural strength, softness, and confidence.
No dance experience is needed! Just your curiosity, playfulness, and readiness to let your body speak freely.
SPA & SUNSET (OPTIONAL)
After the movement, we’ll continue the flow at Lumeria Spa (optional add-on at a special rate).
To enjoy this beautiful place in the jungle and nurture our bodies after the journey.

FACILITATOR
Natalija Rizka (Latvia, Europe), Move.Live.Life
Natalija is a certified Dance–Movement Therapy facilitator, weaving together the wisdom of her teachers into her own unique style.
Known for her warm, joyful and strong energy, she brings lightness and inspiration into every space she holds.
Dance and movement have been her way of self-regulation, freedom, and joy since the age of two.
She brings a broad life experience — from leading high-pressure, multi-million-budget IT projects to climbing mountains, dancing at Burning Man, and rebuilding herself after divorces and burnouts.
Her sessions are inspired by her own journey — after meeting and freeing herself through movement, she now helps women around the world rise and return home to themselves.
IMPORTANT
🕰️ Please arrive 20 minutes early to Nuanu, so you can arrive and land without rush. We start exactly at 12PM at Sol Studio.
👗 Wear something comfortable to move in for the journey, a bikini for the spa, and a beautiful dress for sunset.
