  • Breaking Free

    Breaking Free is a 4-hour Dance Movement Therapy workshop — a guided journey of movement, release, and self-discovery.

    ✨ Inspired by my own life journey, I designed this workshop from the depth of my heart, using Dance Movement Therapy tools I’ve studied and embodied.

    This workshop was also my diploma project, and has already been shared with groups in Bali and Rīga — with powerful results.

    How the journey unfolds

    We create a safe, alive, and playful space where this journey unfolds step by step:

    Grounding & warm-up — bringing focus back to the body and opening the theme through movement.

    Playful exploration — looking at how you connect with others and how your quiet inner “no’s” show up.

    Main journey (Psychosynthesis) — meeting and embodying different subpersonalities (such as the Little Girl, the Bitch, and others). You’ll give them space to express and integrate, so instead of being ruled by inner conflicts, you become the conscious guide who chooses when and how each part shows up.

    Integration & reflection — closing journeys, reflective pauses, and a sharing circle to anchor the experience and carry it into daily life.

    💠 You don’t need to know how to dance. Just curiosity, a body, and the courage to show up as you are.

    ✨ You’ll leave feeling lighter, freer, and more connected — with yourself, with others, and with the joy of being fully you.

  • 5th Element

    The 5th Element is a deep journey into the wisdom of the body, weaving Dance Movement Therapy tools with kinesthetic empathy and creative expression. Together we explore the four archetypal elements — Earth, Air, Water, and Fire — each awakening different inner qualities: stability and grounding, lightness and play, softness and adaptability, passion and vitality.

    The journey culminates in the 5th Element — the dance of your unique self, where all elements meet in wholeness, authenticity, and freedom.

    How the journey unfolds

    We create a safe, alive, and playful space where this journey unfolds step by step:

    Grounding & warm-up — arriving in the body through breath, grounding, and gentle dance

    Playful exploration — awakening connection and trust through kinesthetic empathy (seeing and being seen through movement)

    Main journey — exploring Earth, Air, Water, and Fire through guided dance, then integrating them into the 5th Element — yourself

    Integration & reflection — reflective pauses, creative practices, and a closing circle to anchor the experience and carry it into daily life

    🌿 Two formats available:

    2-hour session — movement-based journey through the 4+1 elements (without art therapy)

    4-hour session — full journey with integrated art therapy (drawing, reflection, writing), for deeper integration and transformation

    Me, Myself & I is a 2-hour journey of movement and self-discovery — an invitation to meet, embody, and embrace the many sides of yourself.

    ✨ for anyone feeling stuck in one role and longing to discover new sides of themselves

    ✨ for those experiencing inner conflicts or anxiety, seeking a safe space to release tension and find balance

    ✨ for anyone ready to feel more whole — uniting strength, softness, and self-acceptance

    How the journey unfolds

    Through Dance–Movement Therapy tools, we’ll move step by step:

    Centering & grounding — simple practices to arrive in the body, calm the mind, and open the space

    Exploring archetypes — guided movement journeys into different subpersonalities (the playful girl, the fierce protector, the sensual woman, the wise goddess, and more)

    Integration — bringing these parts together in a final dance, where your Higher Self takes the lead
