Movement Journey to Inner Freedon and Peace - Nyepi Special

  • Udara Bali Jalan Pantai Seseh Bali, 80351 Indonesia (map)

It’s a very special time in Bali, a season of symbolic release, cleansing, and deep renewal as the island enters the Nyepi New Year.
A powerful invitation to turn inward and meet yourself more deeply.
Just before these sacred days, we invite you into a gentle, nourishing movement journey to soften, let go, and align with this moment of quiet transformation.
WHY THIS JOURNEY? Our bodies remember everything we’ve been through since we were in our mother’s womb. Unlike the mind, the body doesn’t build walls or endless stories – it has direct access to our subconscious, where so much of our lived experience is stored.
That’s why intentional movement is so powerful: it can help release what’s been stored inside and gently rewire how we relate to ourselves and the world.
FOR WHAT? We invite you into a beautiful, nourishing journey with Natalija, where through intentional movement you can: - connect more deeply with your body and yourself - explore different sides of yourself - release what you’re ready to release - connect with others in a playful, gentle, natural way - allow your body to move the way it wants to move - simply be and enjoy yourself

WHAT WE WILL DO You’ll experience internationally used practices rooted in Dance Movement Therapy, curated especially for this beautiful Udara journey. We’ll move from gentle grounding and self-exploration to playful, more dynamic practices. After the journey you may feel lighter, freer, more fulfilled, and more at peace and at home with yourself.

You don’t need any dance experience! Just bring your curiosity, comfy clothes, and let your body move freely at a pace that feels good for you.

This Movement Journey was created especially for Udara Bali as part of the MoveLive.Life project
