Something your guests are looking for
A proposal for The Yoga Barn
From NatΔlija RiΕΎka, Dance-Movement Therapy facilitator
I am running workshops, movement journeys, classes and individual sessions in Bali and Europe rooted in Dance-Movement Therapy.
In Bali: Udara Bali (class at Sunday Festival and Monthly Workshops), Nuanu City.
People leave my movement journeys saying they feel more alive, more connected to themselves, more free. That my guidance is so gentle and caring, that they feel safe to open up and go deeper.
Iβm looking to expand into spaces that truly resonate with me and The Yoga Barn feels like home. I love what youβre creating for the community here.
Your movement programme is impressive and I believe I can add something different and valuable for your guests to it.
What I feel could deepen what you already have
Movement as a journey, not just a class.
Each session unfolds as a movement journey with a natural psychological arc,
beginning with grounding, moving into deeper exploration,
and gently integrating through shared group practice.
The structure and tools are rooted into DanceβMovement Therapy and shaped through my own lived experience with the body.Movement that includes everyone.
My workshops and classes attract people from very different backgrounds:
from experienced movers to those who have never done anything like this before, across ages,
genders, professions, and walks of life.
Men come too, and often say how surprising and valuable the experience is for them. The approach is universal, not gendered. The language is human and grounded.
What I'm proposing
Start with one workshop.
See what it opens.
I'd love to offer a trial, something that lets people experience the work and lets us see together how it lands in your space.
The Art of Connection in Motion
2.5 hours.
This is a playful, nourishing movement journey into connection - first with yourself, and then with others.
For solo participants and couples.
I'd suggest starting here, because it brings something that tends to be less visible in movement spaces:
human-to-human connection through the body.
A space where couples can also connect more deeply, and where solo participants often explore themselves deeper into connection.
Through guided movement and partner practices, guests will explore:
β grounding and reconnecting with your body and yourself
β how you connect with others
β the felt sense of support and co-regulation
β sensing your yes/no in the body
β staying authentically you while meeting another person
Couples said it was exactly what they had been looking for - real, grounded, embodied. Solo participants said they discovered more about themselves in 2.5 hours than in years of other work, and left ready to apply it in real life.
I also run this at Udara, so the format is tested and the community is warm to it.

Monthly - Themed workshops

Each one is a full psychological arc: grounding, exploration, integration, sharing. 2.5 to 3 hours.
Individual and Couples somatic movement sessions
What else I can bring
What I bring that's a little different.
I spent many years in the corporate world, living mostly in my head. I know how easy it is to lose connection with your body β and with yourself β without even noticing it.
Through life's challenges and resets, movement became my way back. Not performance. Something real.
The way I hold space matters as much as the format. People tell me they felt safe enough to actually open, and describe my presence as caring and warm.
I often hear "Your energy is amazing!" , "You truly live through what you share."
Cause I do π
Legal note:
I operate via my own PMA company here in Bali, so thereβs no need to hire me as staff.
We can simply set this up as a service contract between our companies, as Iβve done with other venues.
I would come in as a guest facilitator β for a workshop, a series, or a trial session β whatever feels right
