The Art of Connection In Motion
On Valentine’s Day, let’s explore connection in all its forms - with yourself and with others - through presence, play, and real human warmth.
We often hear: to love and be loved, we need to love ourselves. But what does that actually mean?
In practice, it starts with learning to feel your inner support - so you can stay true to yourself while connecting with others.
This workshop is a playful, nourishing movement journey into connection — with yourself first, and then with another human. Come with a partner, or come solo and meet others through gentle partner work.
Through guided movement and partner practices you will explore:
grounding and “coming home” to your body
how you connect with others, explore yourself in connection
the felt sense of support and co-regulation
staying authentically you while meeting another person
sensing your yes/no in the body (kind, clear boundaries)
being playful and comfortable in contact, without forcing anything
meeting others with warmth, without loosing yourself
WHAT WE WILL DO
You’ll experience internationally used practices rooted in Dance Movement Therapy, curated especially for this Udara journey.
We’ll move from gentle grounding and self-exploration, into connection explorations, and gradually into more playful, dynamic practices.
After the workshop you may feel lighter, freer, and more connected - to yourself and to others.
No dance experience required.
Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Soft, respectful, and fun.
