A gentle, nourishing 4h movement journey bringing you closer to yourself and your inner peace.

WHY THIS JOURNEY?

Our bodies remember everything we’ve been through since we were in our mother’s womb. Unlike the mind, the body doesn’t build walls or endless stories – it has direct access to our subconscious, where so much of our lived experience is stored.

That’s why intentional movement is so powerful:  it can help release what’s been stored inside and gently rewire how we relate to ourselves and the world.

We invite you into a beautiful, nourishing journey with Natalija, where through intentional movement you can:

  • connect more deeply with your body and yourself

  • explore different sides of yourself

  • connect with others in a playful, gentle, natural way

  • allow your body to move the way it wants to move

  • simply be and enjoy yourself

WHAT WE WILL DO

You’ll experience internationally used practices rooted in Dance Movement Therapy, curated especially for this special retreat

We’ll move from gentle grounding and self-exploration to playful, more dynamic practices.

In the main part of the movement journey, we will travel through a beautiful, resourcing practice called “5 Elements of Nature.”

You’ll have a chance to feel in your body what it’s like to be Fire, Air, Water and Earth – to sense what is missing, what might be too much, and how each element lives inside you.

Then we gently bring it all together into the 5th element – You – allowing the power within to express itself.

After the journey you may feel lighter, freer, more fulfilled, and more at peace and at home with yourself.

You don’t need any dance experience!

Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to let your body move freely, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. 

FACILITATOR

Natalija is a certified Dance–Movement Therapy facilitator from Latvia, the founder of movelive.life, known for her warm and strong presence. 

She creates spaces that feel safe, liberating, and fun at the same time.

With a broad life experience: from leading multi-million IT projects to climbing mountains, dancing at Burning Man, and rebuilding herself after burnouts and divorces - she brings depth and authenticity to her work.

Her sessions are inspired by her own journey of transformation, helpin people around the world rise and reconnect with themselves.
